I. Introduction
In globalization era and AFTA, which the development of Information Technology becomes the mark, it becomes one of the steps in all field, one of them is educational field.
Some of the people in Indonesia think that globalization era is a challenge, and consequently of this thought is to prepare high human resources in the future and able to fulfill the market needs.
How to improve the existing of human resources in terms of their performance and productivity?
Many ways to accomplish it, namely by setting up training, seminars, and workshop.
The improvement of human resources is not only limited to the employees (staff) but also to all the lines in the organization or company.
Nowadays the existence of human resources is not the only way to achieve the company’s goal, but more than that, its role has entered the stage as a partner.

II. Background
LM BSI (Bina Sarana Informatika Management Institute) was established on March 3, 2003. It aimed is to set out the courses in a short and long term of training, seminars and workshops. These activities were held for students, public, or in term of cooperation with companies in improving their employee quality in the field of information technology, in accordance with LM-BSI vision and mission.
